The hotel is perfectly situated near the train station and we always stay there when we have an early morning flight or a very late arrival. The staff is always very helpful and my daughter loves the animation that they provide. Food is also excellent. Thank you for always going out of your way for us especially when we forget things behind.

The service is not very good. For room cleaning, you need to notify the front desk to mark the cleaning before it can be cleaned the next day. The bed in the room is generally smaller than in China. There are no slippers, no toothpaste and toothbrushes. You need to bring your own. There is no water. There is one downstairs. There are also shopping malls around McDonald's, and Malmö is not big. You can walk around the hotel by yourself. If you come from Denmark and go to Malmö, you can choose this hotel. It is the first stop in Malmö after the train crosses the seabed. A very basic hotel that genuinely provides everything you need, but was overpriced for its basic services. Room is comfortable and not small at all. Mattresses on beds were not comfortable. I was there for a week and my room was organized only once, which was very weird to me. I don’t expect house cleaning on a daily basis with change of everything, but I do expect that house cleaning will make sure to check the room at lease once a day and it did not happen. Breakfast is nice, even if basic. For a lower price it could be ok.

Very good hotel just a few steps from the Malmö Arena. Easily accessible by train via a very close station.
Decent rooms and facilities. Lack of international TV channels.
